Joint Workshop and Symposium by Nanyang Technological University and Nagoya Institute of Technology

From August 29 to November 15, 2024, 17 third-year undergraduate students participated in a PBL (Project-Based Learning) workshop with Nanyang Technological University (NTU). This workshop was conducted in collaboration with NTU students, based on a theme provided by DENSO, a supporting company. The final presentations were held on November 15, with the top three teams achieving very close scores, separated by just one point.

On December 12, we hosted NTU faculty members and students from the top-performing teams for the "Global Development of Engineering Education and Research" Joint Workshop and Symposium between NTU and NITech. During the symposium, the top two teams presented their workshop outcomes, and two students from our university shared their insights and learnings from the workshop. Additionally, Professor Yeong Wai Yee, Dean of the School of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at NTU, and Professor Chen Chun-Hsien delivered keynote speeches, making the event a highly fruitful and meaningful experience.
