Participation in the "Kishimen" Workshop
From May 17 to July 12, we welcomed undergraduate students from Clemson University, USA, to our Creative Engineering Laboratory. As part of the program, the students experienced Nagoya’s culinary culture by participating in a Kishimen-making workshop, organized with the support of the Aichi Men Kumiai (Aichi Noodle Association). The event was also featured in the association's newspaper.
